Andrew Armour

Director of Programmes

Andrew is a highly experienced creator and facilitator of business seminars and education programmes. He has designed and delivered business workshops and training programmes for clients such as John Lewis Waitrose, Powwownow, Tata Communications and The AA.

In addition, Andrew has built and led various University level business courses, workshops and programmes for Henley Business School (MBA), the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, Metropolis Studios and BIMM London (BA Business, Module Leader). In total, Andrew personally designed and delivered over 200 training sessions, workshops & seminars in 2015.

Andrew holds an Honours Degree in Law and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Marketing. His career pedigree includes senior roles in media, technology, business development and marketing in the UK and internationally, with organisations such as Yell.com, Television New Zealand (The America’s Cup), Boise (OfficeMax), PRS For Music and Walt Disney Films. Andrew’s work with both University education and business training highlighted to him the importance of creating shorter, sharper and more stimulating seminars, team coaching and development programmes.


Vincenzo Roberti

Director of Entrepreneurship

Vincenzo is a proven serial innovator and entrepreneur, an ex-c-suite executive and an expert in fast growth technology start-ups and organisational change.He is passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, coaching and mentoring the entrepreneurs and business leaders of tomorrow.

Vincenzo has personally built and sold three highly successful high-technology businesses including Arkemedia and Sicura Systems, growing both of these to become international organisations, employing hundreds of people, generating multi-million pound revenues.

Prior to launching his own ventures Vincenzo also had a highly successful career in product development and innovation in the broadcast and video software industry, working with both Sony and Panasonic in the UK and Japan.

Vincenzo holds both an MBA and a BSc (Eng.) and has also led MBA workshops at Cass Business School and Brunel University. His recent work in mentoring executives and coaching teams inspired him to develop the vision of a more effective way for delivering business education and training.
